Blancher, Model No. 002-2378D, Serial Number 07-22283 (the small blancher) when cleaning this machine, exposing the employees to a rotating auger.  On 5/22/25 an employee sustained fatal injuries while cleaning the machine.     NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
