29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: A) 1185 Post Road, Scarsdale - NY: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 1/2-feet while using an extension ladder for access and egress to a roof. The extension ladder that was used, was not extended at all above the landing, on or about, April 30th, 2025.
