29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 2020 Eg Dr, Harrisburg, PA 17110 - employees were exposed to fall hazards greater then 6 feet due to the aerial lift operators not utilizing a fall restraint system while operating the lift, on or about June 2, 2025. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. a) 2020 Eg Dr, Harrisburg, PA 17110 - employees were exposed to fall hazards greater then 15 feet due to employees not utilizing a fall arrest system while conducting steel erection related work, on or about June 2, 2025. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.
