29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: At a commercial worksite located at 10221 Northwest Transcon Drive, Kansas City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious injuries, in that the electrical box powering the conveyor belt located in the packaging area of the warehouse ,had a knock out opening that had not been effectively closed.
