On or about June 3, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9') feet eight (8") inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b. On or about June 3, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, seventeen (17') feet eight (8") inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
