Instance 2: On or about June 3, 2035, a guillotine blade on a Bessar Lithibar Cuber was not guarded, exposing employees to amputation hazards. Instance 3: On or about June 3, 2025, chain drives on the Bessar Lithibar Depalletizer was not guarded, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
