29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Worksite was located at 35 Pine Drive, Millstone, NJ 08510 Two workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty feet to ground while they were sheathing the aluminum frame of the building from a JLG 460SJ Telescopic Boom Lift while not utilizing fall protection. Violation was observed on or about June 2, 2025. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
