29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Worksite was located at 35 Pine Drive, Millstone, NJ 08510 A worker was exposed to fall hazards of approximately seventeen feet to ground while they were taking measurements of windows above the first floor roof from a JLG 660SJ Telescopic Boom Lift while not utilizing fall protection. Violation was observed on or about June 2, 2025. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
