29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(22):Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall:  a) On or about June 04, 2025, at the jobsite: an employee was exposed to a 9 foot fall hazard while climbing a ladder and carrying a 40 pound 44 inch x 70 inch solar panel to access a 3/12 pitched roof, in that, the panel could cause the employee to lose balance and fall.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about June 04, 2025, at the jobsite: an employee was exposed to a 9 foot fall hazard while standing on a 3/12 pitched roof to pass solar panels to the second story level, in that, fall protection was not used.  Sunwave Energy LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1703183, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01-09-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 16501 Point Rock Drive, WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787.
