29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) At 970 Industrial Prkwy Rd Demopolis, AL; on May 28, 2025, and at times prior employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards when removing debris form the Miller Planer 830E S/N MPR-613-08-01-30-00-03-17-02 without the energy control procedures being utilized to control potentially hazardous energy.
