29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater : a.) 2100 Lower State Rd, Doylestown, PA 18901, Eastside Greenhouse - On or about June 4, 2025, an electrical panel operating at 240 volts was provided with less than 30 inches of working space due to blockage by a philodendron plant display. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
