Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(6):Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:  a) Warehouse New York Fine Wine & Spirits 1230 Old Country Road, Suite A, Westbury, NY, 11590- Emergency exit sign over the emergency exit door in the receiving shipping warehouse was not illuminated; on or about 6/3/2025.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
