OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that; employees were exposed to electrical and struck-by hazards. a. On or about June 4, 2025, on the east side of the building, employees were exposed to an adverse weather event while performing outdoor construction activities, in that the weather hazard communication protocol in the employer?s Emergency Action Plan did not require supplementary communication methods to be used to ensure key personnel received information during an adverse weather event.
