29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a)  At 145 Preston Way, Lot 279 Raley Farms, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On June 5, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.  The Francisco Ramos Perdomo dba Francisco Ramos Perdomo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(A)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1785558, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 14, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 24333 Shared Belief Court, Lot 841, Daphne, Alabama.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 145 Preston Way, Lot 279 Raley Farms, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On June 5, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 5 inches to the ground below.  The Francisco Ramos Perdomo dba Francisco Ramos Perdomo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1613082, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10747 Winning Colors Trail, Lot 571 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama and in OSHA inspection number 1785558, citation number 1, item number 2, group A and was affirmed as a final order on March 14, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 24333 shared Belief Court Lot 841, Daphne, Alabama.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   a)  At 145 Preston Way, Lot 279 Raley Farms, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On June 5, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 5 inches to the ground below.  The Francisco Ramos Perdomo dba Francisco Ramos Perdomo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(A)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1785558, citation number 1, item number 2, group B and was affirmed as a final order on March 14, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 24333 Shared Belief Court, Lot 841, Daphne, Alabama.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a)  At 145 Preston Way, Lot 279 Raley Farms, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On June 5, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to use an extension ladder to gain access to the roof of the house and the rails of the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 5 inches to the ground below.  The Francisco Ramos Perdomo dba Francisco Ramos Perdomo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(B)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1613082, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10747 Winning Colors Trail, Lot 571 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama.
