29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were not used for the purpose for which they were designed: a) On or about June 5, 2025, at the jobsite located at 4 Beachway N, Boynton Beach , FL 33435, employees were exposed to an approximate 6-foot fall hazard while egressing a swimming pool construction, utilizing a closed A-frame ladder that was set up as a horizontal walkway platform.
