29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  (a) at the jobsite - On or about June 5, 2025, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that, the employer did not ensure eye protective equipment was used when employees used pneumatic nail guns.   JZ Imperio, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1680329, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 111 Jepson Way Lot 373 in Pooler, GA 31322.  JZ Imperio, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1680328, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 107 Jepson Way Lot 371 in Pooler, GA 31322.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) At 198 Crosstown Ave. in Richmond Hill, GA - On or about June 5, 2025, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that, the employees did not have fall protection while installing asphalt shingles on the roof of a residential home with a 19' fall to ground distance.  JZ Imperio, Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1736433, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 1, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 84 McRorrie Dr. in Richmond Hill, GA 31324.  JZ Imperio, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1680329, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 111 Jepson Way Lot 373 in Pooler, GA 31322.
