(305 cm) to any unguarded, energized overhead line:  a) On or about June 4, 2025, at 4 Beachway North, Boynton Beach FL 33435, an employee was exposed to an electrical shock hazard and was electrocuted after contacting a 7.62-kV energized overhead power line with a palm frond while using a metal hand trimming saw where the fronds were positioned approximately 8 feet from the powerlines.
