29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). a) At 1 LG Road Ellabell, GA 31308 on or about May 20, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushing hazards in that the employer failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to identify the hazard of moving and transporting equipment without a pallet or other means to secure the load to the forklift.
