29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On June 5, 2025, in the shipping and receiving back areas of the warehouse, in the following aisle: "OO", "ON" and "OJ", access and egress were found to be blocked by A-Frame ladder, trash cart, file cabinet and pallets stacked with boxed materials, preventing pedestrian traffic flow and access to exit routes.
