29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a)  On or about September 2, 2025, the employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective actions, for  Repeat - Serious citation 2, items 1, and 2 issued on July 10, 2025 with an abatement due date of August 5, 2025.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a)  On the roof of a residence located at 5755 Sweet William Terrace, Land O Lakes, FL 34639: On or about 06-06-2025; the employer exposed employees to an approximate 10-ft. fall hazard, in that, the extension ladder did not extend 3-ft. above the landing surface.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) On the residential roof on the site located at 5755 Sweet William Terrace, Land O Lakes, FL 34639: On or about 06-06-2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that, safety glasses were not being worn while employees were using nail guns on the roof.  The Knights Labor Unlimited LLC DBA Knights Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709832, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-13-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 22762 Cherokee Rose Place, Land O' Lakes, Florida 34639.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a)  On the roof of a residence located at 5755 Sweet William Terrace, LAND O LAKES, FL 34639 on or about 06-06-2025, the employer exposed employees to approximately a 10' fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized while performing roofing activities.  The Knights Labor Unlimited LLC DBA Knights Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709832, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-13-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 22762 Cherokee Rose Place, Land O' Lakes, Florida 34639.
