29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   a) 130 North Collingwood Avenue, Syracuse, NY  13206, on the roof, on or about 6/5/25;  Workers were performing roofing work on a 10:12 pitch roof, with a ground to eave height of 12 feet, without a positive means of fall protection. Workers were also observed using fall protection equipment that indicated a lack of knowledge or training on how to deploy the equipment and how to protect the workers in the event of an arrested fall.  Abatement documentation must be submitted for this item.
