29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Site: 2379 84th St, Brooklyn, NY 11223 a) On or about 6/4/2025, employees performed work from tubular welded frame scaffold that did not have guardrail systems installed on the outrigger platform. The end of the working platform on the scaffold was not guarded.
