On July 24, 2025, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average noise level of 87.5 dBA (equivalently a dose of 70.5%) in excess of the 85 dBA (equivalently a dose of 50%) action level, while operating the abrasive blasting cabinet.   b. On July 24, 2025, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average noise level of 90.5 dBA (equivalently a dose of 106.9%) in excess of the 85 dBA (equivalently a dose of 50%) action level, while operating the coating machine and using an air hose for parts cleaning.   c. On July 24, 2025, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average noise level of 88.4 dBA (equivalently a dose of 79.9%) in excess of the 85 dBA (equivalently a dose of 50%) action level, while operating the coating machine and using an air hose for parts cleaning.   d.
