OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards from the Hydraulic lifts not being inspected and maintained properly: a) Establishment, Repair bays: On or about June 6, 2025, employees were operating the automotive Hydraulic lifts, Rotary Model # SP0A10N8T0, that were not inspected since February of 2023. The lifts had been found to be in need of repairs but were not put out of service until the repairs were completed.
