29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section.  1. On or about June 3, 2025, at 461 Salt Creek Lane, Lot 7, Mexico Beach, FL.  The employees were framing a one-story home at a height of over 6 feet above ground, and no fall protection was being used.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, which would enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  1. On or about June 3, 2025, at 461 Salt Creek Lane, Lot 7, Mexico Beach, FL. The employees were performing framing activities at a height of over 6 feet above the ground, below, and were not trained on fall protection or when it is required.
