The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level.  a.  On or about June 10, 2025, in the warehouse, an exit route located between dock door 7 and 8 was obstructed by stacked wooden pallets and palletized products. The employer failed to ensure that the exit route was free and unobstructed, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.   b.  On or about June 10, 2025, in the warehouse, an exit route located between dock door 13 and 14 was obstructed by palletized products and a forklift. The employer failed to ensure that the exit route was free and unobstructed, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.   c.  On or about June 10, 2025, in the warehouse, an exit route located between dock door 24 and 25 was obstructed by palletized products. The employer failed to ensure that the exit route was free and unobstructed, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.   d.  On or about June 10, 2025, in the warehouse, an exit route located between dock door 50 and 51 was obstructed by palletized products. The employer failed to ensure that the exit route was free and unobstructed, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.
