29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a.) At the worksite, located at 3254-3566 N Lockwood Ridge Rd Sarasota, FL 34234; On or about 6/5/25, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that eye protection was not provided for employees using pneumatic nail guns and circular saws while conducting framing and sheathing operations on the roof of a commercial building.

At the worksite, located at 3254-3566 N Lockwood Ridge Rd Sarasota, FL 34234; On or about 6/5/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11ft  in that a fall protection system was not provided for employees walking on the 2nd story platform on and near the staircases  of a commercial building.
