29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: At the jobsite located at 1765 Hickory Creek Ct. Wichita, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet, in that fall protection was not provided. Luis Ornelas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1600472, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/15/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8800 Haylee Maize, KS 67101.
