Location - The entire site. On or about 4/25/2025, employees were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet to a lower level. Guardrails were not installed to meet the minimum height requirement.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge. Location - Frontside of the new dwelling. On or about 4/25/2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards from a stairway system leading from the ground level to the first floor portico without a railing installed.
