29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) On or about June 9, 2025, employees and management performing and supervising daily maintenance tasks on the DBCS, Flat Sorter, APBS, RCS, ATU, and AFCS did not understand the purpose and function of the energy control program. The employer did not ensure the training provided was understood by the management and employees utilizing the energy control program.
