29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest. On or about June 9, 2025, and times prior, located on the eastside of the building site, employees were not in use of fall protection while performing residential framing activities at heights greater than six (6) feet.
