29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  (a) BDR Investments LLC failed to document abatement within 10 calendar days after the abatement date that each of the following cited violations had been corrected.  Citation 1, Item 1, a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) with an abatement date of September 5, 2025.  Citation 1, Item 2, a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) with an abatement date of September 5, 2025.  Citation 1, Item 3a, a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1) with an abatement date of September 5, 2025.  Citation 1, Item 3b, a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.1060(a) with an abatement date of September 5, 2025.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATIONS OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

(a) On or about June 10, 2025, located at 1402 W. Meinecke Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53206, the employer did not ensure frequent and regular job site inspections were conducted to identify and correct plain view hazards. Exposing an employee to fall hazards from the apartment roof and extension ladder.

(a) On or about June 10, 2025, located at 1402 W. Meinecke Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53206, the employer did not ensure that an employee performing re-roofing on a flat roof of a residential apartment building was protected from falling to the ground below. Exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 23 feet onto gravel.
