The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck. a) On or about June 02, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees did not place their hands between the upright of the mast or outside of the running lines of the truck, in that employees were exposed to being caught between the mast of the Walkie Rider (W28) and the battery extractor while operating the extractor.
