Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.  a) On or about 06/04/2025, the employer did not ensure the crimper was equipped with an adequate guard to prevent employees from placing their fingers in the point of operation. as a result, employees were expoed to amputation haszardsf while operating the machine.
