On the roof, at a commercial building, located at 210 Saint Johns Bluff, Jacksonville, FL: On or about June 11, 2025, the employer exposed subcontracted employees to fall hazards prior to a competent person providing an inspection of the worksite to ensure the exposed employees had and utilized fall protection equipment before allowing him to commence work.
