29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). (a) On or about June 17, 2025, at 439 Brockway Dr., Mukwonago, WI 53149, an employee installing gutters on a residential home with a 6:12 pitch was not using fall protection. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet 8 inches from the roof eve to the ground below at the front of the home.

(a) On or about June 17, 2025, at 439 Brockway Dr., Mukwonago, WI 53149, an employee working from a ladder set up on a sloped roof surface was exposed to a fall hazard when the bottom of the ladder was not secured to prevent displacement.
