29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 2 John Vanzandt Drive, Titusville NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 23 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below, when erecting a Alum-a-pole's pole/post from a residential structure's pitched roof, and performing other related activities from this pitched roof, without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 06/11/25. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) a- 2 John Vanzandt Drive, Titusville NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 23 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below, when erecting a Alum-a-pole's pole/post from a residential structure's pitched roof, and performing other related activities from this pitched roof, without the use of fall protection. This worker had not received training regarding the identification, elimination, etc. of fall hazards by a competent person. Condition observed on or about 06/11/25. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
