29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- 8 Chapel Avenue, Medford NJ - Company workers were exposed to fall hazards, of approximately 13 feet 8 inches & 19 feet 6 inches, when performing vinyl siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and a screen.  Condition observed on or about 06/11/25.
