29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv):  On or about 06/11/2025 at 11110 Flatlands Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11207, employees using a Generac OHV 196cc power sprayer inside the meat department cooler were exposed to carbon monoxide gas. The employees were not trained by the employer on the hazardous chemicals they were exposed to at the worksite including but not limited to the carbon monoxide in accordance with 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv).  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
