29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  At the temporary jobsite located at 3125 Pine Grove Cir. Wichita, KS, employee(s) engaged in framing activities from ground level were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools or materials in that hard hats were not worn. An employee was without head protection while observing directly below framers setting trusses.
