29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. (a) One Davis Square Jobsite: On or about April 15, 2025, two employees were observed working from the basket of a JLG articulating boom lift without their lanyards attached to an approved anchor point within the lift basket, exposing the employees to fall hazards of 20-25 feet to the concrete surface below. No abatement certification or documentation required.
