29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a)Lot 5 and Lot 6 Samantha Lane, Macungie, PA: On or about June 12, 2025 - the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Subcontractors of Brave Heart Carpentry, LLC were working at heights ranging from 24 to 32 feet above ground without the use of fall protection and were not corrected.
