29 CFR 1926.652(c)(2)(i): Design of support systems, shield systems, or other protective systems that are drawn from manufacturer's tabulated data were not in accordance with all specifications, recommendations, and limitations issued or made by the manufacturer: (a) On June 11, 2025, at or near US Highway 2 East & 26th Street East, in Williston, North Dakota, an employee was exposed to struck by hazards while installing sanitary sewer pipes, where the trench shield spreader bar pins were not prevented from displacement through the use of pin keepers in accordance with the manufacturer's tabulated data.
