29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On June 11, 2025, at or near 517 First Street SW in Stanley, North Dakota, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 13 feet while shingling a residential roof without the use of a fall protective system. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1673543, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4101 Montreal Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
