29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: a) Commercial Construction: On June 10, 2025, and at times prior to; a supported scaffold system had visible signs of settling and movement in rocky soil on all four sides of the project. A vertical support pole did not reach to ground level on the west side of the front entrance. Mud sills and vertical supports were buried on the west side. Note) Abatement certification is required for this item.
