Each such employee shall be trained to know at least the following: 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): Location - Jobsite - Roof of Dunkin'. On or about 6/13/2025, the employer did not provide sufficient training on all hazards expected to be present at the subject jobsite that brought workers in close proximity with electrical components and HVAC compressors containing refrigerant and compressor oil.
