Bridge at Asher Apartments; On or about June 13, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees were using pneumatic nail guns without wearing eye protection while installing roofing material.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   Bridge at Asher Apartments; On or about June 13, 2025, employees used an aluminum extension ladder to access the roof of a 3-story apartment unit without being extended at least 3-feet above the upper landing.
