On or about June 10, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about June 10, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately nineteen (19) feet six (6) inches, above the ground, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about June 10, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in roofing activities were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately thirteen (13) feet four (4) inches above the ground, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
