29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) On the roof of a residential building located at 5520 Angelonia Ter, Land O Lakes, FL on or about 6/16/25, the employer exposed employees to an approximately 10.5-ft. fall hazard, in that a ladder used to access a portion of the roof did not extend at least 3-ft. above the landing.
