29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:(a) At the jobsite located at 10923 N Summit Street in Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employee was working from a surface supported from a front end loader/telehandler approximately 10 feet above the ground. The surface was not secured to the forks in any way.
